Our architectural plywood division is now offering paneling that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally necessary.  Vinyl-Clad paneling is manufactured with InPro's IPC Rigid Vinyl Sheet™ face material and will help to keep maintenance costs down in high-traffic facilities such as healthcare, education and hospitality.  Read more about this new product here.

January, 2011 - Stone Veneer Paneling Now Available

Create an unforgettable first impression with Stone-Veneer® panels which are now available in five standard faces. The natural beauty of stone is guaranteed to catch even the most artistic eye. Made from thin layers of real stone, Stone-Veneer® promises to be the design tool necessary to create unique environments for years to come.  Green and fire-rated substrates are available and this product will contribute to LEED qualifications.  More information is available here on this light and thin paneling product. 

July, 2010 - FSC Certified SCL Core Now Available

Eggers Industries is now offering FSC Certified Structural Composite Lumber (SCL) core flush doors.  This SCL is the same product that Eggers Industries has been supplying on projects for the last decade.  Our current SCL supplier has successfully completed their FSC application and audit process as of June 1, 2010.

This product is American made which is another important attribute for the "Buy American Act" and can contribute to the LEED regional credit for projects where applicable.

Structural Composite Lumber (SCL) is manufactured with a network of lumber strands laminated together with a waterproof adhesive to form a single, solid, stable door core, reducing the risk of telegraphing or warp.  SCL core offers superior stability and screw holding power when compared to either stave or particleboard core.  Now available as FSC certified, FSC certified SCL core is a perfect alternative to FSC certified stave core or FSC certified particleboard when screw holding, machining, and duty level are concerns.

February, 2010 - New 45-Minute Core Offerings Allow Eggers, Distributors, to be more Competitive

As the Green movement continues to pick up, distributors are asked to balance a variety of specifications: meeting LEED requirements, No Added Urea Formaldehyde requirements, and fire and safety requirements. Often times the combination of these requirements forces the distributor to sacrifice price or LEED options to meet the requirements of the job. 

Eggers Industries is proud to announce its newest 45-minute offerings, aimed at allowing distributors to meet the many requirements of their projects without sacrificing price. In addition to our current 45-minute core offerings, Eggers has recently received approvals for 45-minute No Added Urea-Formaldehyde Particleboard and FSC
No-Urea Formaldehyde Particleboard.

These new offerings allow customers to best contribute towards the FSC, LEED, and No-Urea Formaldehyde specifications on their projects while also being able to bid competitively for these types of jobs.

January, 2010 - Beadless Lite

Eggers Industries is proud to announce its newest flush door offering: the non-rated and 20-minute beadless lite flush door.  The beadless lite flush door is the perfect solution for creating a clean, modern look on flush doors with large lite cutouts.  This door achieves its streamlined design through the use of a dropped in glass construction rather than a beaded construction.  This construction eliminates the need for wood beads or metal vision panels and creates a cohesive look from edge of door to edge of glass.  Available in non-rated and 20-minute constructions, the beadless lite door requires factory glazing, though replacement installation can be done in the field.  Please contact your inside sales representative or click here for more information.

Eggers' eiDoor® is now available with removable, replaceable edges for easy in-field replacement.
